OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES

This is a Family Resort and and as such we rent to 

responsible Families. Guests must be over 28 years old.

House parties and group rentals are not allowed. 

No pets
No BBQ's or Chimeras
Smoking prohibited 
Local phone calls only 

RENTAL PERIODS

Check  In:     After    4:00 PM

Check  Out:      Before   12 Noon

Arrival/Departure process will be provided upon reservation confirmation

Late Departure will result in penalty charges as described in lease.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel  prior to  30 days of your arrival date you will receive a full refund. 
If you cancel less than 30 days prior  to your arrival you will forfeit your entire rent amount. We will attempt to re-rent the home in which case we would provide a full refund.     

REFUNDS AND ADJUSTMENTS
There are no refunds or adjustments as result of factors over which we have no control, i.e. weather conditions or family situations. However, if the Whitetail Ski Resort closes the Mountain due to weather conditions we will charge a rent equivalent to the summer season rates.
